Everyone has to deal with the boat moving, even Katmandu. Here is an example of the cat swaying back and forth as the boat rocks at anchor. This was taken Thursday, August 8, 2002 while we were in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

Big Seas off Cape Mendecino
It is hard to describe the motion of the boat during a passage. Sometimes it is calm and the seas are flat, other times they are rolling and yet other times they are not so comfortable. Here is an example of that the seas were like on August 14, 2001 after we left Seattle and going around Cape Mendecino on the way to San Francisco. Hold on and enjoy the ride...
